How much is P&P?
The shopping cart calculates the shipping cost according to the delivery address.

Ordering and get my order shipped, how does that work?
We ship via Royal Mail. All UK orders are sent 1st Class Signed For. If you are outside of the UK, your order will be sent Standard. If you would like your items sent another way (Signed For International etc), please email us before placing your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24/48 hours. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for your items to arrive if you are outside of the UK.

We are committed to treating your personal information with high standards of information security. We work hard to maintain the security and accuracy of personal information we collect.

Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us first. We will give a refund or exchange for any items that do not fit or are defective. Postage and packaging costs will only be refunded if items are faulty. We do not refund or exchange items that have been washed, worn, or altered in any way – unless there is a manufacturers fault. In the case of exchanges, depending on the circumstances, you may be asked to pay for the shipping of the replacement item. If you are returning an item that is not faulty, this must be done within 28 days of receipt. Returned items must be fit for re-sale. Please contact us asap if you would like to return or exchange an item.

Payment
We accept payment via PayPal. Don’t worry if you don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal will let you pay with your card.

Cancelling Your Order
We pick, pack and ship most orders within 24 hours. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us using the contact form on our site. We will do our best to help, but if your items have been shipped you will have to return the items for a refund.
